Home page

Yes. We install trackers that report to the Wasl platform and link your vehicles to the Transport General Authority, then monitor the connection for you.

Yes. Our base is in Jeddah and we install across Saudi Arabia, either with our own technicians or trusted regional partners.

Yes, from any iPhone, Android phone or computer, in Arabic or English.

Yes. The mobile attendance app lets staff check in from their own phone, only when they are inside the work location you set.

Yes, in real time, with alerts the moment a reading leaves the safe range and a full history for audits.

It depends on your city, location and traffic. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will tell you the nearest truck and an honest arrival estimate before you confirm.

Attendance system

Yes. The mobile app records attendance from the employee's phone, and only allows check-in inside the location you define.

Yes. Reports export hours, overtime and absences in a payroll-ready format for your HR or accounting system.

Phone check-in is tied to the employee's own account and device, and terminals use fingerprint or face, which makes buddy punching very difficult.

Car tracker device

A tracker needs a data connection and platform access, so there is a subscription alongside the device. We will quote both upfront for your car and usage, with no hidden extras.

We install it out of sight behind trim panels and wire it so removal triggers a power-loss alert on your phone.

Yes. When you change cars, we uninstall the device and fit it in the new vehicle. Your account and history stay the same.

Car transport between cities

Ask us about cover when you book. We document the vehicle with photos at collection and delivery so its condition is clear.

Please keep personal items to a minimum and remove valuables. Loose items can move during the trip.

A few days' notice gives the most flexibility on dates and price, but ask us even if it is urgent.

Fingerprint attendance device

Standard terminals store thousands of fingerprints and faces. For very busy entrances we recommend more than one device to avoid queues at shift change.

The terminal keeps recording locally and syncs to the cloud when the connection returns.

Some existing devices can be connected. Tell us the brand and model and we will check.

Fleet & truck tracking

There is no minimum. Many customers start with five to ten vehicles and add the rest once they have seen the reports.

Yes, if you choose. Sharing weekly driver scores is one of the fastest ways to reduce harsh braking and speeding.

Yes. Battery-powered trackers can follow trailers, containers and generators that have no ignition signal.

Hydraulic towing

Usually slightly, because the trucks are specialised. We confirm the price before dispatch so there are no surprises.

Yes. A half-down or full-down bed with a winch can load vehicles with locked or damaged wheels.

Light equipment can go on a low-bed. Tell us the machine and weight and we will confirm what is possible.

Intercity towing

Mainly by distance, vehicle type and truck type. We agree a fixed route price before the truck sets off.

For safety, passengers usually travel separately. Ask when you book and we will confirm for your truck.

Driving time alone is around nine to ten hours, plus loading and rest stops. We give you an expected delivery time when you book.

Link tracker to Transport Authority

Every vehicle used in the regulated activity normally needs to report. We confirm the scope for your licence type at the start.

Yes. That is how we set it up: one device, data to your dashboard and to the authority.

Your dashboard shows the link status per vehicle, and we alert you if a device stops sending data.

Mobile attendance app

No. Location is only recorded at check-in and, if enabled for field teams, during working hours.

Android and iPhone. Employees install the app and log in with the account HR creates for them.

The app can store the check-in with its location and time and send it when coverage returns.

Rental car tracking

Yes. Saudi privacy expectations and good practice both call for it. Add a clause to your rental contract that the vehicle has GPS tracking for security and fleet management.

Yes. Distance driven between pick-up and return is calculated from GPS data and can be attached to the contract record.

We schedule fitting at your branch in batches, usually between contracts, so cars stay available.

Temperature & humidity monitoring

Yes, in real time. Truck sensors send readings with the vehicle's location, so you see where and when a temperature problem started.

Sensors are battery-powered and gateways can run on backup power, so monitoring and alerts continue during an outage.

A handheld hygrometer gives a single reading when someone checks. A monitoring system records continuously and alerts you, which is what businesses storing food or medicine need.

Thermal mapping

It depends on the space and the requirement. Studies commonly run over several days to capture day and night conditions and normal door activity.

Usually after any significant change to the space, its cooling or its use, and periodically as your quality system or regulator requires.

No. Thermal imaging is a camera picture of surface heat. Temperature mapping records air temperature at many points over time, which is what storage qualification needs.

Towing service

It depends on your city, the exact location and traffic. When you send your pin we tell you the nearest truck and an honest arrival estimate before you confirm.

Contact us at any hour. We confirm availability in your area straight away, and if we cannot reach you quickly we will say so.

Yes. Flatbeds carry the whole vehicle off the road, which is safer than hook towing, especially for automatics and 4x4s.

Tracker with camera

The camera keeps continuous footage on its memory card, overwriting the oldest first. Event clips are uploaded to the platform and stay available to download.

Audio can be enabled or disabled per vehicle depending on your policy. Many companies keep it off and inform drivers that video is recorded.

Yes, on supported models, provided the vehicle has mobile coverage.

Tracking company & installation

A standard car tracker takes under an hour per vehicle. Camera and sensor installations take longer. We plan batch installs so your fleet keeps working.

Yes. We install across Saudi Arabia, either with our own technicians or trusted partners in each region.

Often, yes. Tell us the device models and we will check compatibility, or plan a straightforward replacement.

Vehicle tracking

Yes. The USIT app runs on iPhone and Android, and the same account works in any web browser. You see live positions, trip history and alerts in Arabic or English.

The device stores its positions when there is no signal, on remote desert stretches for example, and uploads them as soon as coverage returns, so the trip history stays complete.

A hard-wired tracker draws very little power and goes into a low-power mode when the ignition is off. We install it to the vehicle wiring with a fuse, the way a professional fitter should.

Wasl platform

Yes. We install and configure trackers to report to the Wasl platform and help companies link their vehicles to the Transport General Authority.

Only if the device and its platform support Wasl reporting. Send us the model and we will check. If it does not, we replace it with a compatible tracker.

We monitor the connection. If a device goes silent, our team contacts you and arranges a check or replacement.

Wasl registration

The account belongs to your company and must be submitted by you. We prepare everything with you, handle the tracker side, and support you through each step.

Common reasons are mismatched vehicle data, missing documents or trackers that are not reporting. Send us the rejection message and we will tell you what to fix.

It depends on how complete your documents are and on platform processing. Having trackers installed and reporting beforehand avoids the most common delay.
